A special edition of Romania´s most famous cooking show ”Cirease de pe tort” was recorded yesterday in the vineyards of Dealu Mare.
The show with chef Horial Virlan was produced in cooperation with Mobile Cooking Romania.
A spectacular panorama view was waiting yesterday for three international chefs working in Romania. TV chef Horia Virlan prepared a 5-course menu within a special edition of „Cireasa de pe tort”. The outdoor cooking event organised in cooperation with Mobile Cooking Romania took place at LacertA winery in the vineyards of Dealu Mare.
The modern Romanian cuisine menu contained a large variety of Romanian products, prepared in a special way. Horia Virlan, having family ties to the Plescoi region, prepared also a traditional plate with Plescoi sausages and pastrami. The menu was accompanied by premium wines of Buzau.
